Rockin' R is looking for a talented Customer-Facing Manager Staff representative to support clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our Manager staff are empowered & expected to deliver the best possible support to our clients. Qualified candidates willingly adapt to change in the work environment, advocate for the customer and have previous experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
•   Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
•   Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
•   Ability to work independently and within a team.
•   Ability to successfully adapt to changes in work environment.
•   Contribute to a positive team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
•   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our outdoor offerings, including special events and promotions.
•   Work closely with the managers, and outdoor team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
•   Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
•   Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to our services or activities.

Qualifications and duties:

• Organize chaos on a global scale.
• Deal with staff needs and concerns.
• Schedule staff assigned to them weekly.
• Make sure staff are following opening and closing procedures, double checking turn-in/daily envelopes.
• All responsibilities dictated to them by the GM or DOO or owners.
• Maintaining inventory.
• Attending staff meeting and disseminating appropriate information.

$85 for scheduled guide for big group

$50 per trip in high water

Qualifications and duties:

• Guide groups of people down the river safely, either because it is required by the group or the city due to high water issues.
• Know the river and how to navigate it safely while helping others do the same High Water Guides - need to be certified or have special training, will have to be able manipulate large rafts with possible large # of people in each raft Group Guides - use tubes, rafts, or kayaks to help group float down river safely (usually one goes down the rapid area first and wait at the bottom for each person to go through, while one stays at top of the rapid to make sure they are entering safely, then then repeat until the end of the float trip).
